I served as the Creative Director of the arts and literary magazine Metrosphere and produced Volume 35 Issues 3–6. It was a very enlightening and practical experience that allowed me to work directly with the writers, photographers, artists and printing facilities to ensure consistency across each issue. The design and layout team for the magazine consisted of myself and one other designer. Together we created an overall art direction for the magazine that would complement and uphold the integrity of the articles and photography while still maintaining visual interest. I also developed several original graphics and illustrations for articles lacking photography or artwork.
